M E T H O D [optional feel free to ignore]
This is my personal method by the way so feel free to use if you want or if you don't have any!
-- also disclaimer this may trigger sleep paralysis so if you aren't a fan a that I advise you skip this one

First,
Lay on back, side, or belly anything you want.
Put on some theta waves. You can listen to it via headphones or speakers, then go to sleep as you normally would.
Set an alarm for 5-6 hours after you have gone to bed, and once you awaken from the alarm, stay still and try to limit total movement
Close your eyes and try to keep them closed.
Stay still and lay flat on your back.
Repeat the mantra "I am in my desired reality" to yourself untill you drift off to sleep again
You can try breathing slowly and calmly and envisioning your dr as you do this.
It took me 30 seconds before I went into sp after this step, and it will vary from person to person, but from there you should be able to shift easily.
If you want to transfer yourself to a lucid dream, simply affirm that "you are aware that you are dreaming" and you will be there in an instant. Happy shifting.

How to loop/repeat YouTube videos?

  1. Find the URL of the YouTube video that you want to repeat or play in loop. In order to find the URL, you can copy the link from the address bar or Click on the " SHARE" button next to dislike icon and click "Copy".
